10 Août 1991, la tournée (rebaptisée "Rock Around The Block") commence,
le 12 l'album sort. C'est également à cette période de sortie du "black album" qu'une pré-écoute
gratuite à lieu au Madison Square Garden de New York et au Hammersmith de Londres.
Le 28 septembre, les Monsters passent par Moscou devant 500 000 personnes
dont quelques titres figurent sur des singles de l'album.
A l'affiche de Donington : The Black Crowes, Queensrÿche, Mötley Crüe, Metallica et AC/DC.
